What is the cutoff time for same-day dispatch?+
Orders placed before 14:00 IST (2 PM) on business days are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time move to the next business day's queue.
Which courier partners do you use?+
We use premium air partners: Bluedart, Delhivery, and DTDC Premium. For remote locations, we may use Speed Post.
How do I track my order?+
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email. You can also view live status in your Account Console > My Orders.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently, we only ship within India. However, for bulk B2B orders, we can arrange international freight. Contact exports@velectronics.com.
My package shows "Delivered" but I haven't received it.+
Please check with your security guard or neighbors first. If still missing, raise a ticket within 24 hours so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.
Can I arrange a self-pickup from your Bangalore warehouse?+
Yes. Select "Warehouse Pickup" at checkout. You must bring a valid ID and the order confirmation email. Pickup hours: 10 AM - 6 PM.
Do you deliver to college hostels/campuses?+
Yes, but please ensure you provide the correct Hostel Block and Room Number. The courier may ask you to collect it from the main gate.
What if my package arrives damaged?+
Do not accept a tampered or crushed package. If you accept it, take an unboxing video. Without an unboxing video, we cannot process claims for physical damage.
How are delicate components (like LiDAR/Cameras) packed?+
We use ESD-safe (Anti-static) bags for electronics and wrap them in 3-layer bubble wrap inside corrugated boxes.
Is there free shipping?+
Yes, orders above ₹2,000 qualify for free standard shipping. Heavy items (Lead-acid batteries, Metal chassis) may incur a surcharge.
Do your flight controllers come pre-flashed?+
Yes, all V-Stacks come with the latest stable Betaflight firmware. However, you must configure ports and receiver protocols based on your build.
My motor is spinning in the wrong direction.+
Do not swap wires yet. Use the BLHeli Configurator or Bluejay web tool to reverse the motor direction via software.
Why is my LiPo battery puffy?+
Puffing indicates internal gas buildup due to over-discharge or physical damage. Do not charge it. Dispose of it safely in salt water.
Does the Raspberry Pi 5 require active cooling?+
Absolutely. The Pi 5 runs significantly hotter than the Pi 4. We recommend the official Active Cooler or the V-Armor Case for sustained loads.
My sensor works on Arduino but not ESP32.+
Check your voltage logic. Arduino is 5V, while ESP32 is 3.3V logic. You may need a Logic Level Converter to prevent damaging the ESP32.
What is the range of your ELRS receivers?+
With a proper ceramic antenna and dynamic power (up to 100mW), you can easily achieve 2-5km. With an external T-antenna, 10km+ is possible.
Do you provide datasheets for sensors?+
Yes, every product page has a "Documentation" tab with PDF datasheets and GitHub library links.
Can I use a 4S LiPo on a 6S drone?+
Technically yes, but it will lack power and RPM. Never do the opposite (6S battery on a 4S-rated drone), as you will instantly burn the ESCs.
My GPS module is not getting a lock.+
GPS needs a clear view of the sky. It will not lock indoors. On the first boot (Cold Start), it may take up to 5 minutes to download the almanac.
How do I bind my transmitter?+
Refer to the specific manual for FrSky, FlySky, or ELRS. For ELRS, we recommend using a "Binding Phrase" for seamless connection.
Can I get a GST Invoice for my company/college?+
Yes. On the checkout page, tick the "I need a GST Invoice" box and enter your GSTIN and Company Name. We cannot amend invoices after the order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?+
UPI (GPay/PhonePe), Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, and Wallets. We use Razorpay for secure processing.
Do you accept Purchase Orders (PO) from Universities?+
Yes. We work with IITs, NITs, and private universities. Email your PO to b2b@velectronics.com. We offer 30-day credit terms for verified institutions.
Why did my payment fail?+
Common reasons include bank server timeouts or limits on your card. If the money was deducted, it will be auto-refunded by your bank within 5-7 days.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?+
We offer COD for orders below ₹5,000. For higher value items, we require prepayment to ensure genuine interest and security.
Is there an EMI option?+
Yes, Credit Card EMI options are available via Razorpay checkout for orders above ₹3,000.
Can I edit my billing address after placing an order?+
No, due to tax compliance, billing addresses cannot be changed once the invoice is generated.
What is your return window?+
We have a 7-Day Return Policy for manufacturing defects. 'Change of mind' returns are not accepted for electronic components.
My component arrived Dead on Arrival (DOA).+
Please raise a ticket within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a reverse pickup and ship a replacement after testing.
Do you accept returns on soldered items?+
No. Once a component (Flight Controller, ESC, Sensor) shows signs of soldering, the warranty is void. Please test via USB/Clips before soldering.
What does the warranty cover?+
Warranty covers manufacturing defects (e.g., a dead gyro). It does not cover reverse polarity, water damage, crash damage, or burnt traces.
How long does the refund process take?+
Once the returned item passes our QC check (typically 2 days after receipt), the refund is initiated. It takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank.
Can I exchange a product?+
We do not offer direct exchanges. You must return the defective item for a refund/replacement and place a new order.
Who pays for return shipping?+
If the product is defective, V-Electronics bears the cost. If you ordered the wrong part by mistake, you must bear the return shipping cost.
What files do you need for PCB Fabrication?+
We require Gerber Files (RS-274X) and a Drill File. For assembly (PCBA), we also need the BOM (Bill of Materials) and CPL (Pick & Place) files.
What is the tolerance of your 3D Prints?+
For FDM (PLA/ABS), tolerance is ±0.2mm. For SLA (Resin), tolerance is ±0.05mm.
Do you offer design services?+

Can you print Carbon Fiber Nylon?+
